The goal of this lab is to provide a hands-on approach that will supplement the content material from lecture. During labs, we will be observing live and preserved specimens, as well as performing experiments. We will begin by studying the major body systems using fetal pig dissections. We will then look at the immune and nervous systems and reproduction and development. For the ecology portion of this course, we will conduct a plant transpiration experiment and take two field trips.
