The defining diagnostic histopathological features are presented for each entity. Special stains and immunohistochemical stains are included where indicated. For each topic the most common entities are presented followed by less common and rare lesions. Diagnostic pitfalls are also given. After each major topic, an abbreviated current list of references is given.
