New Directions in Organizational Behavior highlights the current studies and theories in the organizational behavior reflecting the developments of the last ten years. Following five primary or overarching themes – the individual, individual and group interface in organizations, macro organizational issues, organizational theories and strategy, and methodologies in organizational behavior – this collection explores and discusses literature on recent state-of-the-art science and practice of organizational behavior.
