A BMS provides a holistic way of managing energy consuming devices, sub-systems, and overall building energy in order to be efficient and resilient while keeping occupants safe, comfortable, and productive. Maintain and improve the energy efficiency, availability, and performance of a building with both automated and manual controls; this would include predictive maintenance and avoidance of future equipment failures.
