This leaflet sets out the general conditions to be met by trailer bogies for passenger rolling stock. It defines the minimum conditions which guarantee compatibility between the various vehicles. The minimum conditions also cover compatibility with the existing infrastructure. For this reason, only bogies for lines with a track-gauge of 1435 mm are taken into consideration.
