UIC Leaflet 773 (electronic version of the 4th edition dated 01.01.1997 without any change of content) sets out recommendations on the determination of a calculation method for joist-in-concrete railway bridges. The regulations on materials and the definition of railway activities in the present leaflet refer to European standards and Eurocodes. The alculation rules are only applicable to joist-in-concrete decks constructed in accordance with the construction provisions indicated in the leaflet.
