This leaflet specifies the degree of finish, the dimensional requirements and the surface roughness of solid wheels for tractive and trailing stock together with the applicable tolerances. It specifies the information to be supplied by the purchaser and the inspections that shall be carried out. Status of leaflet: obligatory for all UIC and ERRI technical documents, recommendatory for all technical documents of UIC member railways.
